How much does LeadTitan cost?
LeadTitan (leadtitan.pro) costs $79 a month or $790 a year for the company. Staff are included, a new company gets a 14-day trial after approval, and phone costs are separate.
Are staff included?
Yes. LeadTitan bills the company; the owner admin pays and staff are included.
What do phone costs cover?
Phone access is separate from the $79 membership and covers numbers, calls and texts. List phone pricing is not published on the marketing site; usage is billed through SignalWire when phone access is on.
What is 10DLC and why can't texting be guaranteed?
10DLC is the U.S. carrier registration for business texting from regular numbers. LeadTitan texting depends on that registration being approved, so texting isn't guaranteed.
How does the 14-day trial work?
A new LeadTitan company starts with a 14-day trial. The trial starts after your account request is approved.
Does LeadTitan work with Google Ads?
Leads from Google Ads can come in by phone through LeadTitan tracking numbers. LeadTitan has Google Ads lead sync; it doesn't connect to your Google Ads account.
Is my data separate from other companies?
Yes. Each company and each business in LeadTitan is kept separate.
Can I switch from Jobber, Housecall Pro or Workiz?
Yes. Start the trial, set up your numbers and staff, then move active customers and jobs over.
Does LeadTitan have invoices, online booking or QuickBooks?
Not today. LeadTitan focuses on calls, job cards, estimates, receipts, Stripe payments and settlements.
Is LeadTitan the same as Lead Titan AI?
No. LeadTitan (leadtitan.pro) is a field service CRM for call-driven service businesses. Lead Titan AI (leadtitan.ai) is a separate company.
