Features

From the call to the payment.

Jobs, phone, payments, payments, and settlements for a service office in the United States. The owner pays $79 a month or $790 a year. Staff are included.

How it works

Inbox, job, dispatch, payment

1 · Inbox

Inbox for calls, texts, and marketing inquiries.

2 · Job

Customer, address, photos, and notes on one record.

3 · Dispatch

Assign techs. They only see their jobs.

4 · Payment

Stripe or cash, then settlements and receipts.

On the schedule

The day moves across the board.

A booked visit sits on the job. The office can see what is assigned today without a second calendar app.

Inbox

Calls, texts, and marketing in one inbox

Job inbox

Incoming calls, SMS, and marketing inquiries land as cards you can open, assign, or block.

Tracking numbers

A brand number can create a job request and ring the office. Phone access is turned on separately from the membership.

Google Local Services request sync

Connect Local Services and Business Profile later, from Settings, when you want those requests in the inbox.

Job and appointment messages

Program: LeadTitan CRM - job and appointment messages. Texts cover appointment confirmations, technician on-the-way notices, quotes/invoices, and replies to customer questions. Delivery depends on 10DLC approval and is not guaranteed. SMS opt-in.

Jobs

The schedule lives with the record

Dashboard

Overdue appointments, follow-ups, and today’s book stay in the office view.

Assign techs

Open a job, assign one or more techs, and keep customer history on the record. Technicians only see assigned work.

Search

Find customers, phones, addresses, and job ids from the office search.

Photos and notes

Media stays on the job. Team notes stay separate from customer messages.

Phone

Extensions, forwards, recordings

Phone access is separate from the $79 membership and stays off until the company turns it on. Calls and extensions use SignalWire. U.S. business texting depends on 10DLC approval, so SMS delivery is not guaranteed.

A phone beside a job record

Job extension codes

Dial the extension line, enter the job digits, and ring the customer with the caller ID set for that call.

Call history

Messages and calls stay on the work so the next person is not starting from zero.

Recordings

Recordings save with the job for training, disputes, and missing details.

Phone details

Money

Estimates, Stripe, settlements

Estimates and receipts

Documents, email delivery, and a printable receipt when the job closes.

Stripe payment links

Collect by card. Track cash versus company so the settlement math stays on the job.

Tech settlements

See what the tech owes the company and what the company owes the tech.

Parts and expenses

Part receipts and office expenses stay with the company, not in a second spreadsheet.

Company

One payer, many people

Companies stay separate

People, jobs, and Google connections belong to that company and are not shared with another company.

Owner, admins, technicians

The owner pays. Admins can open billing. Technicians only see jobs assigned to them.

Alerts

Install the app on a phone or desktop and get notified when a job request or job needs someone.

Control API

An admin key can create a job, read job requests, and send SMS. Read the API.
