LeadTitan (“we”, “us”, also written leadtitan) is a field CRM used by offices and technicians to manage jobs, jobs, calls, payments, and marketing connections (including Google). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, phone, role (admin/technician), and login credentials (handled by our auth provider).
- Job & customer data — customer names, phones, addresses, job notes, estimates, receipts, and payment status you enter into the CRM.
- Communications — call/SMS metadata and emails you send through the product (for example receipts or estimates).
- Integrations — if you connect Google Ads / Local Services or Google Business Profile, we store OAuth tokens and account IDs needed to sync requests and map locations for your company.
- Device & usage — basic app usage needed to operate the service (for example session tokens, push notification endpoints if enabled).
How we use information
- Provide and operate the CRM for your company
- Sync marketing inquiries and Business Profile locations when you authorize Google
- Send job-related emails, receipts, estimates, and technician alerts
- Process payments through Stripe when you use checkout links
- Maintain security, troubleshooting, and product reliability
Companies on LeadTitan
LeadTitan is a multi-company service. Each company is a separate tenant. People, jobs, expenses, and Google connections belong to that company and are not shared with other companies. Signing in with Google at signup uses only your email and profile. Connecting a Google account later, from Settings, requests Google Ads and Business Profile access for that company alone. Refresh tokens are stored encrypted and are not written to application logs.
Google user data
When you connect Google, LeadTitan requests only the scopes needed for the feature you chose (Google Ads / Local Services Ads, and/or Business Profile management). We use that data to sync requests and map listings into your CRM. We do not sell Google user data. You can disconnect Google connections in Settings → Google Marketing at any time.
SMS program
The program name is LeadTitan CRM - job and appointment messages. Texts cover appointment confirmations, technician on-the-way notices, quotes/invoices, and replies to customer questions for the owner’s home-service businesses. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help (support@leadtitan.pro), or START to opt back in. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See leadtitan.pro/sms-opt-in and the Terms.
Sharing
We share data with service providers that power LeadTitan (for example hosting, database, email, voice/SMS, and payment processors) only as needed to run the product. We do not sell personal information.
Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing.
Retention & security
We retain account and job data while your company uses LeadTitan and as needed for legitimate business or legal requirements. Access is protected with authentication and role-based permissions (admin vs technician). If a trial ends or a subscription is not active, access is locked and the company data is not deleted by that lock.
Your choices
- Update profile details in Settings
- Disconnect Google Ads / Maps connections in Settings → Google Marketing
- Request account or data deletion by contacting us
