These Terms govern your use of LeadTitan (also written leadtitan), the field CRM operated by Nationtech (“LeadTitan”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
LeadTitan helps offices and technicians manage jobs, jobs, scheduling, calls, payments, receipts, and optional Google marketing connections (Ads / Local Services and Business Profile). Features may change as we improve the product.
Companies
A company account is a tenant. The person who creates it is the Owner. Owners and Admins may invite other people and connect that company’s own Google accounts. One Google Local Services customer or Business Profile location can be connected to only one LeadTitan company at a time. Staff work jobs and jobs for their company. We may suspend a company that breaks these Terms.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for activity under your login.
- Technicians may require admin approval before accessing company jobs.
- Admins are responsible for company data entered into the CRM and for Google connections they authorize.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse LeadTitan, including attempting unauthorized access, abusing APIs, or using the product for unlawful activity.
Customer & job data
Your company owns the customer and job content you enter. You grant us permission to host and process that content only to provide the service (including emailing receipts/estimates and syncing connected Google accounts when enabled).
SMS program — LeadTitan CRM - job and appointment messages
LeadTitan CRM - job and appointment messages is the text-message program from LeadTitan (Keys Now LLC), a CRM and job-management app for the owner’s home-service businesses. If you opt in, we may send appointment confirmations, technician on-the-way notices, quotes/invoices, and replies to customer questions to the mobile number you provide. Each message names the home-service brand that is serving you. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or START to opt back in. For support, email support@leadtitan.pro. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. Opt in at leadtitan.pro/sms-opt-in. Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing.
Third-party services
LeadTitan integrates with third parties such as Google, Stripe, and communications providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. Google OAuth connections are optional and controlled by your admin.
Payments
The company membership is $79 a month or $790 a year, billed to the owner admin after the 14-day trial. Staff added to the company do not pay a separate seat fee. Phone access is separate and stays off until the company turns it on. Card payments are processed by Stripe. LeadTitan does not store full card numbers. You may stop using LeadTitan at any time. If the trial ends, an invoice fails, or the subscription is canceled, access is locked and the company data is not deleted by that lock.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” We work to keep LeadTitan reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party APIs (including Google Ads / Business Profile) will always return data, especially when those providers limit access (for example developer token approval or API quotas). U.S. business texting depends on 10DLC approval, so SMS delivery is not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nationtech / LeadTitan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (or $0 if the service is provided without a separate fee).
Termination
You may stop using LeadTitan at any time. We may suspend access for misuse, security risk, or non-payment. Upon termination, we may delete or retain data as described in the Privacy Policy. Non-payment locks access and does not, by itself, delete company data.
