Phone

Extensions, tracking, and recordings.

Phone access is separate from the $79 membership and stays off until an owner turns it on in Settings → Billing. Calls and extensions use SignalWire. U.S. business texting depends on 10DLC approval, so SMS delivery is not guaranteed.

What you set up

The line follows the job.

Job extensions

Each job can carry a short code. Dial the extension line, enter the code, and the customer phone rings with the caller ID you set for that call.

Tracking numbers

A brand number can open a job request and ring the office, so the call and the card land together.

Recordings

Recordings stay on the job timeline for training, disputes, and the next person who picks up the work.

SignalWire

Voice and SMS run on SignalWire. Text messages can wait on 10DLC approval. Delivery is not guaranteed.

  • Active job customers who call the main number can be routed toward their technician.
  • Office cells are set under Settings → Phone after you log in.
  • Phone access stays off until the company turns it on.

Membership first

The company plan is $79 a month or $790 a year.

Phone access is a separate switch. Read the prices, then sign up with Google. The 14-day trial starts with the account.
