U.S. business texting depends on 10DLC approval, so SMS delivery is not guaranteed. When texting is enabled, the program is LeadTitan CRM - job and appointment messages — appointment confirmations, technician on-the-way notices, quotes/invoices, and replies to customer questions. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing. SMS opt-in.

Billing questions
Is each company’s data kept separate?
Yes. People, jobs, expenses, and Google connections belong to that company and are not shared with other companies.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can stop using LeadTitan at any time. When the subscription is canceled, the company loses access until an owner or admin pays again. The data stays.
What happens if we do not pay?
When the 14-day trial ends, an invoice fails, or the subscription is not active, access is locked. The data is not deleted. The owner can pay from Settings → Billing.
Who sees the price in the app?
The owner and admins can open Settings → Billing. Staff do not see the prices. They are asked to have an admin subscribe. Their data is still there.
