LeadTitan is the office system for service businesses in the United States. An incoming call rings into the app, opens a job card, routes to a team extension, sends an SMS reply, syncs a Google Local Services request, and lands as a booked job.

Calls and extensions

A ringing line finds the right person.

The office number answers in LeadTitan. From there the call routes to a team member’s phone extension, so the person who can take the job hears it. Calls and extensions use SignalWire. U.S. texting on that line depends on 10DLC approval, and delivery is not guaranteed. Phone access is turned on separately from the membership.

Google Local Services requests land in the same inbox.

Connect the Google account for a business, then choose the Local Services customer and the Business Profile location. New Local Services requests sync into the LeadTitan inbox. The office can turn on an LSA reply. Profile locations stay with that business, not mixed into another company.

LeadTitan CRM - job and appointment messages

Texts about appointments, techs on the way, and quotes.

LeadTitan is a CRM and job-management app for the owner’s home-service businesses. Outbound SMS covers appointment confirmations, technician on-the-way notices, quotes/invoices, and replies to customer questions — each message named with that business’s brand. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing. Office SMS uses SignalWire; U.S. delivery still depends on 10DLC approval. Opt in here.

Jobs

The request becomes work someone can see.

Approve a request and it is a job on the board. The owner and admins see the office. A technician sees the jobs assigned to them. Dispatch stays inside the same account, on the business you have selected.

Estimates and payments

Price the work, then take the card.

Send an estimate the customer can open. When the job is ready to pay, checkout runs on that company’s Stripe account. The platform subscription that pays for LeadTitan is a separate charge from the job payment the customer makes.

Expenses

Costs sit with the business that spent them.

Record an expense on the business you are working in. Recurring rules can repeat a monthly cost. The all-businesses view lists them together, with the business named on each row.

Multi-company

One owner. Every business under that login.

An account holds one or many businesses. The header switches the business, and jobs, jobs, and settings follow. If you belong to more than one company, a separate company switcher changes the account. Staff can be limited to specific businesses.

API and automation

The same office, driven by a key.

LeadTitan has a Control API. An admin key can create a job, read the job inbox, approve a request into a job, and send SMS. Phone and Stripe events already arrive as webhooks on this app. Point your own script at the API and the board updates.

Pricing

One subscription for the whole company.

The owner admin pays. Staff are on that membership and do not get a separate bill. A new company starts with a 14-day trial. After the trial, pick a month or a year. Phone access is separate and stays off until you turn it on.

FAQ

Questions offices ask first.

Who pays for LeadTitan?

The owner admin pays one subscription, $79 a month or $790 a year. Staff do not pay separately and do not see those prices in the app.

What happens when the trial ends?

A new company has 14 days. When the trial ends without an active subscription, the company waits on billing until an owner or admin pays. The data stays.

How do calls and texting work?

Calls and extensions use SignalWire. U.S. business texting depends on 10DLC approval, so SMS delivery is not guaranteed. Phone access is turned on separately from the $79 membership.

Can I sign up with Google?

Yes. Request an account with email and password. After approval you can sign in. Connect Local Services and Business Profile later from Settings.

Is there an API?

Yes. The Control API lets an admin key create jobs, read job requests, approve a request into a job, and send SMS. Docs live at /api.
